Did the Joker see through Dent's "confession"?

I think you have a very good point. As I started reading I thought that when Joker breaks into the party at Bruce's party Dent is hidden and Batman showed up so Joker could of thought Dent was Batman. But then I read the beforehand planning kidnap part and I think you are right! Have a star.
