What speaker is better? jbl or pioneer?

What speaker will be better, meaning louder and more b, and more clarity? Jbl 6 1/2 inch with 60 watts rms and 180 max, or pioneer 6 1/2 inch with 35 rms and 180 max. The pioneers are 3 way, and the jbls are two way.
