What do I need to turn my Blackjack into a GPS?

I heard you can buy a bluetooth receiver or something like that for $40 or so and turn your cell phone into a GPS. Any recommendations? Also, what else would I need as far as software or other accessories? And the final thing that just occurred to me, do I have to "unlock" my phone for this capability. Thanks a lot...
