Help with an kitten/PDSA help please?

They just made a mistake thinking the kitten was ready to come home and just tell them the kitten had died and that you hope they will be more careful in the future and they will probably try to be but don't put a proper complaint in as even though they might seem careless they are a charity that does great work with the many cases they have to deal with and so could probably do without it.
