Workout question(reguarding lunges)?

you can always type in what your looking for on google and some websites really do work. For your backside, lunges would work... and you can do 3 sets of 10-20 to start out with and then go up. you can also swim, swimming not only helps your arms legs back stomach ... it helps everything in between. swimming is the best thing to do. it works every part of you body. Sit ups are good too... 3 sets of 10-20 to start out with as well. you can eat whatever just watch how much you eat... dont eat right before bed, try to eat lots of greens. results will show in a couple of weeks... dont give up just because you cant see the results right away.
