Advice please!?

My guy friend and I have been intimiate for awhile and we say that we are much more than friends. we both had admitted that we have strong feelings fr each other meaning we love each other but my question is... he sent me a fake pic of a bottom half of her in a white lace bikini panties. I got a little upset so i texted him and asked him why he sent me a pic like that to my email. He said that i got it off a website called p****.com . And so i texted him back and asked him to stop sending me pics like that and he said that he sent it to me bec he wants to see me in those panties. and of course he got worried and said I love you and i miss u alot i want to see you. what should i think? Does he really love me?
