hai dont install anything ov this u cant do anything in this it might be sum bad malfunction in ur registry or in service loaded in adminstrative tools so dont make a mess and restart ur system in safe mode and than press no than restore ur windows to an earlier date and 99% ur problem is solved if not than re install ur windows
