I want to set up a local access point so when I have guests staying with me they can login to a page?

I just want to know how to do this.. When I have people stay over that have a computer I have change my router con-figs or type in my key so they can connect to the internet. Is there a way to set up an access point that automatically connects them but redirects them to a log in web page? I know when I travel and use the hotels Wi-Fi it always sends me to a special page where I have to log in before I can use the internet. I just want to know how to do this. If I need any special software or anything?
