Is she a good friend?!?

my bff and i had nt spoken since last year and now in mid april were trying to fix things. she cares tooooo much abut her boyfriend so i sort of left her life til now. so we planned to hangout during spring break. we kicked it on wends. and it was fun, i wanted to go to the mall & shop since thursday so i told her that i would call her if my dad took me. ive been telling her that since then b/c i havent gotten a ride so i told her today and 'again' i couldnt. she got all upset and told me her mom told her that she shouldnt go w/ me anymore b/c i keep lying. im guessing she dosent give a dookie but just wants to go b/c her 'boyfriend' asked her to buy him pants, its not so we 'hangout' so yeah should i be upset and not take her tommorrow if i go or should i just ignore her words and mean gestures and ake her , act like nothing happened?
