Reappearing scab on my outer ear???

For the past six months or so I've been haveing this scab re appear on my outer ear, it all started when I was using my cell phone for a couple of hours, then my ear got really hot so I stoped talking for awhile thinking it was from my phone getting hot. The next day this red sore appeared, it hurt really bad, well now six months later it just comes back, doesn't matter if I use the phone or not it comes back anyway, I don't have insurance and I don't have the money to see someone. Any help is apreaciated
