Weird feeling in chest.?

my chest feels a little weird. fells kinda like a tingly- erfly feeling but very low(as in, i dont really feel it unless im trying to feel it). ive also been light headed but thsat went away. my mom says its probobly cuz ive been having alot of mucos(snot) and when i do i just snort it down and not blow it out. ive had a cold with flem for about 1 week now, is this what cauing it? is there flem in my chest? im 15 and weigh 175, im in good shape, play soccer.
