This boy i fancy has a gf who he 'loves'?

hes always like ' i love you so much ' ' i seriously love you xxxxx' 'ur my world' to his girlfriend. I know for a FACT he doesnt cos he said to me he would date me like last week and he is like 16. like come on its only lust it annoys me he says things that he doesnt propely mean !!!!!!!! ok this may be me being a little jealous but come on seriously! when he said he would date me tho he also said 'but i think me and scarlet will last' urgh he annoys me so much he always talks about how much he loves her but then goes around telling his ex gf lucy he still loves her. do u think he'll grow outta this as he gets older
