What else is Clinton's fault?

Slow down, and breath. I have already stated Bill Clinton signed the Bill and could not have without the help of the Republican Congress. I am just glad to see one of you admit that Bill Clinton did play a part in it! There is plenty of blame to go around to both parties. It is the partisan hacks on both sides that screw this county up. The middle 30% just get ran over by both sides! Everything is somene else's fault, my party is innocent mentality that will eventually destroy this country!
