Are women really as self-conscious about their bodies as they seem?

I don`t understand why. You don`t have to have big or a perfect or whatever to be attractive. As long as you take care of yourself you are the most beautiful girl to SOME infatuated man out there SOMEWHERE. I wish you guys wouldn`t be so self conscious
